A SIMPLE SAFETY TIP WHEN USING A TRIPOD
Velbon Tripods support extended weight under ordinary-use conditions, even when camera/lens combinations exceed the specified load bearing capacity. However, in the interests of the safety and security of your equipment, keep camera/lens weight combinations within the published load limits of each tripod Velbon has built-in redundancy to take the occasional extra weight. Leg strength is outstanding, even in extreme conditions. For maximum stability we recommend you to keep center column extension as low as possible. Always add the accessory or supplied tripod stone bag or hook to increase the overall mass of our ultra-light Carbon tripods, keeping the centre of gravity as low as possible to ensure super-steady images. |
